Crowd with Masks

Welcome!

The global COVID-19 pandemic has presented unique complexities of how countries are prepared against pandemics both internationally and domestically. We wanted to use this unique time period and experience to investigate the controversies surrounding personal protective equipment (PPE) and the lack of preparedness in the United States for the COVID-19 pandemic. In this interactive activity, you have the chance to engage in the decision making process of the United States through various avenues surrounding PPE: manufacturing and distribution, politics, culture, and public health.
